Your wedding day is of course one of the most meaningful and memorable days of your life. It’s the end of one era and the beginning of a new one, the next chapter, a huge commitment, getting married is a BIG DEAL.
I will tell you right now, if you aren’t about to marry your very best friend in the whole world, then you might as well stop reading right here because I am not the photographer for you.
Now, if you HAVE found your very best friend in the whole world, and you two love birds are ready to tie the knot, CONGRATULATIONS!! I am SO so happy for you!!! Not everyone is so lucky. Real love deserves to be celebrated. And weddings between two people who truly love and care about each other are so very magical… you can feel it in the air, you can see it on the faces of the guests, you can see it when the newly married couple walk away from the alter, grinning from ear to ear, married AF.
Your wedding day is going to go by so fast. Like, SO fast. Months, maybe even years of planning, for one special day. Those gorgeous flowers are gonna be wilty the next day, all that cake is going to get eaten, the decorations have to come down… so what are you left with when it’s all said and done? A wonderful, happy marriage with your best friend… and your wedding pictures!
All photographers have their own unique way of looking at the world, and their own unique editing style to match. Find someone whose style you love. And whoever you chose as your photographer, make sure it’s someone you like and trust. Because you will be around your photographer a LOT on your wedding day. Seriously. My wonderful photographer was there when I drank my coffee that morning, she helped me curl my hair that I was sure would not hold a curl (it did!), she was there when I put my dress on, she was there when I stood at the top of the stairs waiting to walk down the aisle with my stomach full of butterflies. She was there when my husband and I said our vows, and when we had our first dance, and first bite of cake, and when my then 3-year-old insisted on grabbing the microphone and bravely sang “our” song to us and made everyone cry. And she captured it ALL. Can you tell I really love my wedding pictures?
My point is, truly get to know your photographer, and make sure it’s someone you mesh with. A good photographer will support you, encourage you, work behind the scenes to pick up any slack in the details, and do everything they can to ensure that your amazing magical wedding day progresses smoothly and flawlessly. FULL DAY WEDDING PACKAGE

Nine hours of photographic coverage on your wedding day, from when you start getting ready until the grand exit at your reception. All the details. All the special moments. All the posed family shots, wedding party shots, bride and groom portraits, candid moments, planned moments, the entire ceremony and reception. Your photos will tell the story of your whole special day, start to finish.

HALF DAY WEDDING PACKAGE

Five hours of photographic coverage on your wedding day, starting approximately one hour before the ceremony begins. This package covers wedding party and family portraits, bride and groom portraits, the ceremony, and the beginning of the reception.

ELOPEMENT WEDDING PACKAGE

HOW TO BOOK
The first step:
Reach out! You can contact me by email, text message, facebook messenger, or use my super easy contact me page. Let me know your wedding date and venue location, and I will let you know if I am available for your date. If so, then on to the next step!
The second step:
Time to set up a consultation appointment! Bring yourself, your fiancé, and come prepared to just be yourselves. At your appointment we will chat about your wedding plans, I will learn everything I can about who you are as a couple, and I will tell you everything you want to know about what I have to offer and how I photograph weddings. Consultations are meant to be stress free and laid back, just a coffee date with new friends who want to find their perfect wedding photographer.
The third step:
At your consultation appointment, I will leave you a copy of my wedding photography contract to look over at your leisure. If you choose to book with me, I require a signed contract, and a booking retainer fee which is a portion of your wedding package cost. Once I have a signed contract in hand, your wedding date goes on my schedule and you are officially booked!
AFTER YOU ARE BOOKED
From here on out, please reach out any time to share new details and plans, any inspiration you have, and ask any and every question you can think of. I keep notes all along the way so that on your wedding day I have everything we ever talked about right at hand because I am going to make sure your wedding photos are PERFECT.
Two weeks before your wedding day:
We will touch base and write up a wedding day timeline together, as well as write down a shot list for your family formals. I will double check with you to make sure I know all the important addresses, phone numbers, wedding party members names, etc.
The day before your wedding day:
Expect a text message from me just checking in to say hi. I’ll ask you if you have any questions for me, or last minute details or plan changes to share.
On your wedding day:
Yay! You’re getting married!!!!
I will send you a text letting you know when I’m on my way. I will arrive a little earlier than our agreed upon “photographer’s arrival time”, so that I can look around and find all the best places for photographs, and also to get acquainted with your wedding party and close family members. Then the fun starts! Expect me to follow you around all day and take a LOT of photos. I won’t leave until the end of our scheduled amount of time together, and not until after I’ve made sure we got all the shots you wanted and that you are ready for me to say bye.
AFTER YOUR WEDDING
As soon as I return home from your wedding:
The very first thing I do, the second I walk in the door, is back-up all your wedding photos. I keep your photos on the SD cards they were taken on, I upload the files to my external computer hard drive, and then I upload them to online storage. This way they are saved in three different places, because I know how precious and irreplaceable these memories are to you!
Within 48 hours after your wedding day:
I will be sending you a couple “sneak peek” photos, because I know you are so excited to see! They will be fully retouched and finalized, ready to share with the world. Enjoy your honeymoon!!! 🙂
Delivery of your images:
I promise to have your wedding photo collection delivered to you within 60 days of your wedding date. You will receive a link to your online gallery, along with the password to enter the gallery and a PIN to use for downloading. Galleries will remain online for 6 months, after which they will expire. From your gallery you can save and download your photos to any and all devices, you can download the entire gallery to your computer, you can share the gallery info with anyone you choose, and you are welcome to share it to social media as well. You can even order prints directly from your gallery if you’d like. I will also give you a USB drive containing digital JPEG copies of your images, along with a print release allowing you to print your photos from any company you chose.
Once you receive your finished images, you may order print products at any time or place an order for a custom designed Heirloom Wedding Album through me. Albums take approximately 2 weeks to design, and up to a few weeks to receive back from my printing company.
